AD&Co, a company specializing in Australian designed and made furniture, was approached by Batessmart to create a high-end, flexible meeting room table for Boston Consulting Group at 60 Martin Place. The table needed to accommodate 22 people in its fixed state and be suitable for conferences, training, and multi-use spaces.

The finished product was to be made of Xilo veneer from Elton group and be able to separate into three units for workspace flexibility. The table was an impressive 7200mm long and 1800mm wide, with each unit measuring 2400 x 1800.To ensure the table's adaptability, AD&Co's joinery team devised a bespoke electronically activated, concealed castor hydraulic system integrated into each of the three pill-shaped bases. The system was accessed by push-to-open doors, providing a seamless solution for the table's size and weight.

The table was completed to an impeccable standard of craftsmanship within an 8-week lead time, exceeding expectations.
