Warranty

Australian Design & Co. warrants all products as follows unless otherwise negotiated in writing, however, this manufactures warranty does not cover fabrics, leather or vinyl, metal, finishes (including powder-coats), lightbulbs, variations in natural timber, natural wear-and-tear, malicious treatment, misuse, applied finishes or client customisations without acceptance by Australian Design & Co.

Failure to adhere to the product care and maintenance instructions for your product may also void your warranty.

Furniture: 5-10 year manufacturing warranty (this varies per product please contact us or refer to your quote for details per product)

Lighting: 3 year manufacturing warranty

Homewares: No warranty

Warranty claims will not be valid unless accompanied by a relevant proof of purchase. Please submit all warranty claims to info@adandco.au

End of Life

With an estimated 8,550,000 tons of furniture thrown into landfill each year, Australian Design & Co.’s commitment to reducing the impact of Australian Design & Co. products on the environment means we offer an “End of Life” service on all furniture and lighting. Should you ever decide to retire your Australian Design & Co. product, please contact us and we will arrange to collect and re-use or re-cycle up to 100% of the components of your product. This service will ensure your peace-of-mind when purchasing your product, knowing your environmental footprint is kept to a minimum.

There may be additional delivery fee incursions that will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
