AD&Co is an Australian design and manufacturing company that recently worked with the team at Gensler for their client Kimberly Clarke's fit-out at 100 Mount Street in North Sydney. The brief included creating a stunningly large floor-to-ceiling planter unit and bookshelf to serve as a room divider between the general office and collaboration space. Additionally, AD&Co was tasked with providing breakout chairs for the reception area in two-tone fabric, stools, and small wall-mounted meeting tables.
One of the biggest challenges faced by AD&Co's design team was the height of the shelves, which were 2200 high. However, the team constructed the modules in a way that allowed them to "slot" together on-site, resulting in an impressive finished product. All of the wall-mounted tables were made locally, and the quality of the craftsmanship on all items supplied is renowned.
Despite the challenges faced, AD&Co delivered the project on time and on budget in just 10 weeks. The company's ability to work closely with clients and other design professionals, such as Gensler, is a testament to their expertise in the industry. AD&Co's commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in every project they undertake.
